"Loves and lives of a woman" evokes the name and traces a trajectory of different ways of experiencing love in the feminine, which begins with one of the masterpieces of the Lied repertoire from the cycle "Frauenliebe und Leben", which composer Robert Schumann dedicates to his future wife, the talented pianist Clara Schumann. From the moment love took her away "I was blind when I saw him. Everywhere I look, I only see him", the enthusiasm of the engagement, the joy of motherhood and finally the deep sadness of loss and the retreat into life, in the memory of that love. In great contrast, Francis Poulenc's cycle of poems by Louise Vilmorin challenges the institution of marriage, in a vision of freer and more emancipated loves. This Journey ends with seven passionate thoughts in naked confidences from the "Canciones Amatorias" of Granados.
